We don't believe in quick fixes.
There is rarely one treatment, one practitioner, or one answer that explains everything.
We aren't here to promise that a massage will solve all your problems.
We aren't here to suggest that mental health care can address every physical concern.
And we aren't here to tell you that you need every service we offer.
We're here to help you understand what's happening, explore appropriate options, and receive care that makes sense for you.
You are more than a symptom, a diagnosis, or a single moment in your life. Our philosophy is simple.
Listen.
Before we treat anything, we want to understand your experience.
Look at the whole picture.
Your symptoms don't exist in a vacuum.
Individualize.
Your care should be based on you, not a predetermined protocol.
Educate.
You deserve to understand your options and participate in your care.
Collaborate.
Different disciplines can offer different perspectives while remaining within their individual scopes of practice.
Reassess.
Your needs change. Your care can change with you.
Where Physical and mental Health meet.
A woman experiencing chronic stress may also carry tension in her body.
A major life transition may affect sleep, mood, energy, and physical comfort.
Chronic pain can influence how you move, think, work, and live.
Recovery from surgery can involve more than physical healing.
These experiences can overlap without having a single cause or a single solution.
That's why Clementine brings together different areas of expertise.
Not to blur the lines between professions.
But to create a place where the lines don't have to prevent us from seeing the whole person.
Different disciplines. One philosophy.
Clementine was founded by Megan Soza, LMBT, and Robin Tallent, PMHNP—an aunt and niece with different professional backgrounds and a shared belief that women deserve more thoughtful, individualized care.
Megan brings the bodywork perspective.
Her work centers around individualized therapeutic bodywork and women's physical wellbeing.
Robin brings the mental health perspective.
Her work centers around individualized psychiatric and mental health care for women.
Neither discipline has to become the other.
Instead, Clementine creates space for each practitioner to practice within their expertise while sharing a common philosophy of care.
That's the Clementine difference.
What this means for you You don't have to figure everything out before you walk through our doors. You may need one service. You may work with one practitioner. You may eventually benefit from different types of care. There is no "right" Clementine experience. We meet you where you are and help you determine what makes sense for where you're going.
You are more than the problem you're trying to solve.
Your care should have room for the whole picture.
