Megan Tallent Soza, LMBT
FOUNDER + CO-OWNER — LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
When I founded The Clementine, my vision was to create a place where women feel genuinely cared for, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
What began as a boutique massage therapy practice is now growing into a lakefront women's integrative health spa, bringing together massage therapy, mental health services, and a community of trusted wellness professionals.
For the past eight years, I've specialized in helping women find relief from chronic pain while supporting their overall well-being through therapeutic bodywork and nervous system-focused care.
Areas of Focus
Chronic pain, including sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, scoliosis, whiplash, and nerve entrapment
Lymphatic massage for digestion, hormonal changes, menopause, postpartum recovery, and post-surgical healing
Scar tissue therapy
Prenatal and postpartum massage
Nervous system regulation and restorative bodywork
Throughout my career, I've worked alongside chiropractors, board-certified surgeons, physical therapists, certified lymphedema therapists, and luxury wellness spas. These experiences shaped my belief that the best care happens when healthcare professionals work together.
Growing up in Morganton, North Carolina, I developed an early passion for anatomy and rehabilitation through my mother, an occupational therapist. After moving to Charlotte to attend the North Carolina School of Advanced Bodywork, I continued my education in clinical massage, medical massage, myostructural bodywork, and women's health.
Today, my passion extends beyond the treatment room. My goal is to build a place where women can find expert, compassionate care for both body and mind—and a community where they feel supported through every season of life.
Welcome to The Clementine. I'm so glad you're here.

Throughout her nursing career, Robin has cared for patients across a variety of healthcare settings, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both physical and mental health. Those experiences have shaped her belief that the best care comes from treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis.

A Safe Space — Inspired by What I Once Needed
I understand what it’s like to crave a quiet space, gentle healing, and someone who understands. After many ups and downs in my life, I needed to create something softer, a space to utilize my gift.
Now I help women relieve stress, support their lymphatic system, and reconnect with themselves — because we all deserve a warm place to retreat.
