Every appointment begins with a brief conversation about how you're feeling, your goals for the session, and any pain, tension, or concerns you're experiencing.

No two sessions are the same. Your treatment is thoughtfully customized based on your body's needs that day.

I encourage open communication regarding pressure, temperature, positioning, or anything else that helps you feel more comfortable.

Depending on your goals, your session may incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including:

There's no need to choose a modality beforehand…we will determine the most appropriate techniques based on your individual needs.

I believe massage should never be one-size-fits-all.

Every woman who walks through my door has a unique story, body, and set of goals. My role is to listen, assess, and create a treatment plan that meets you where you are—whether you're seeking pain relief, stress reduction, prenatal care, lymphatic support, or simply an hour to reconnect with yourself.

You don't have to know what techniques you need—that's my job. My goal is for you to simply arrive, relax, and allow me to take care of the rest.

Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time to honor other clients.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Health Considerations: Let us know about any recent injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions before your session. If you have recently had botox or fillers, please wait for at least 14 days before coming in for a massage appointment.
